Chelsea have been linked with a number of targets for this summer as the transfer window rolls round again, and none more exciting than Nicolas Pepe.
The Lille winger has had a sensational season, and is now one of the top transfer targets for clubs across Europe.
Amazingly for a player who has been the number one breakout star in France this year, he doesn’t even have a verified Twitter account, but hopeful Chelsea fans did dig up this one old Tweet from him.

It translates as “Eden Hazard, it’s too much” – and we agree. That was the day after we beat Manchester City under Jose Mourinho – Hazard didn’t score that day, but he clearly did something to impress Pepe, then just a kid in the Lille youth system.
Now 5 years have passed, Eden looks like he’s off to Real Madrid and young Nico… well might he just be tempted to follow in his hero’s footsteps by coming to Chelsea?
