Chelsea look increasingly like they’re going to need a big name replacement for Eden Hazard this summer, and one name mentioned this week was Phil Coutinho.
The former Liverpool man’s move to Barcelona hasn’t worked out at all, and he was whistled by some fans at the weekend.
It’s easy to see him wanting a move away from Spain in the near future, but would it be wise for the Blues to be his next destination? The fans certainly don’t think so. Their reaction on social media was pretty negative overall.
Would you be happy with the Brazilian coming in this summer

He aintI the marquee signing you would hope for but Coutinho and another player at that level could make the transition from Hazard's departure easier.

Why not Zaha or Richardson? We may buy them cheap

I'm not believing this, but just to make you aware: according to Telefoot [🥉], Chelsea are in a dilemma of whether to go for Nicolas Pépé or Philippe Coutinho, should they get their transfer ban lifted.
Coutinho is going nowhere and I'd be surprised if the ban got revoked.
