One day after Zinedine Zidane rejoins Real Madrid, Los Blancos make approach for want-away Chelsea star

Chelsea are bracing themselves for what would be one of the most difficult transfer windows in recent times next summer with the looming transfer ban and the inescapable fact that major clubs will come in for their top stars.

The likes of N’Golo Kante, Eden Hazard, and Willian have had speculation about their future wildly spread in recent months, so much that it is expected at least the Blues will lose one of the three stars.

Several months before the start of the transfer window, Real Madrid have reportedly made an approach for Hazard after it was confirmed that Zinedine Zidane would take over as head coach at the Santiago Bernabeu, and the Belgian has become target number one against for Los Blancos.

The Telegraph says contact has been established between Chelsea and Real about the signing of Hazard next summer. Eden has also indicated he would love to play under the Frenchman, insisting he remains his idol in world football.
