BREAKING: Chelsea draw Slavia Prague in Europa League quarter finals

Chelsea have drawn Slavia Prague in the Europa League quarter finals.

That’s a great result for the Blues, as the Czech side are pretty much the weakest team left in the competition.

It also means we won’t play Napoli – should they beat Arsenal – until the final, potentially setting up a classic showdown with Maurizio Sarri’s former team.

The best thing about this is not only are we more likely to go through, but we are also likely to be able to build up a big first leg lead, allowing us to rest players as we did last night in the second leg against Dinamo Kiev.

After Prague, we would then have to take on Benfica or Frankfurt in the semi finals. Both good teams, but nothing we can’t handle.

This trophy looks closer by the minute. If we play like we did last night, we’ll have no problem.
