Chelsea having so many loanees at top teams means that avid Blues end up following about ten different sides over the top flights in Europe alone, and one of those has regularly been AC Milan in recent years.
Mario Pasalic is among the Blues to have had a spell in Lombardy, but at the moment the man in question is Tiemoue Bakayoko. The midfielder was ushered out from Chelsea after a dreadful season under Antonio Conte last term, but his form has really picked up in Italy.
