Jorginho arrived at Chelsea with Maurizio Sarri, and the two are linked almost inextricably. The midfielder is the manager’s conduit on the field, and Sarri’s style is played using Jorginho’s rapid passing.
The Italy international’s lack of assists had draw attention, and Sarri was asked about that in his press conference, and he inevitably defended his anointed man. When it came to explaining how the former Napoli man can do better, his manager’s instinct was to demand others to do more to help him.

There is some truth on both sides. The attacking players do need to do more to provide movement sometimes, but that already looks like something the signing of Gonzalo Higuain could help with.
With him in the middle and Hazard and Pedro out wide, you have three smart players who want the ball for Jorginho.
