“He’s going nowhere” – Another Chelsea star attempts to convince Hudson-Odoi not to leave for Bayern

Chelsea winger Willian is convinced Callum Hudson-Odoi will not leave the club despite the strong interest from Bayern Munich this month.

The Bavarians are looking to make the 18-year old their marquee signing to prove a point in the Bundesliga as per a report by Telegraph. The likes of Arjen Robben and Frank Ribery are set to leave the club they have both served for more than a decade now and Hudson-Odoi is the replacement Bayern want at the moment.

According to Sky Sports, four bids have been made with the last said to be £40 million. All of the bids have been rejected by Chelsea who see a future for the young England star at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have rejected U-20 England international’s transfer request and are pushing to make him stay. One tactic is to get their top stars to convince Hudson-Odoi to stay and Willian has joined the list.

The Brazilian says Chelsea fans should expect ‘the special talent’ to go ‘nowhere’.

“He’s going nowhere – he’s a special talent, a very good player and is staying with us. Of course he is only 18 but he can improve a lot and in the future can become one of the best players in the world.

It’s difficult not to think about Bayern Munich because they are a great team as well but for me, his future is here. He has to stay because he knows the club, and I am sure he will play more.”
