Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has received high praise from Eden Hazard, who considers the young England international as a candidate for the best midfielder in the Premier League in a few years to come.
Loftus-Cheek has rediscovered himself at Stamford Bridge this season, following his constant loan spells outside the club. Last season he spent the entire campaign at Crystal Palace, rising to become a regular in the England Three Lions side. His top form earned him a spot in the Chelsea team this season and now has five goals in all competitions.
After his latest goal against Fulham at the Bridge last weekend, the 22-year old now attracts praise from his teammates and head coach.
Among his colleagues raving about his talent is Eden Hazard. The Belgium international insists Loftus-Cheek can become one of the best midfielders in England as he thinks the Chelsea academy graduate has room to improve,
“He’s a fantastic player. We all know. I’ve trained with him for five years. I saw him when he was young, now he is not so young but he can still improve. But in the future I think he will be one of the best midfielders in the country.”

Loftus-Cheek is battling for gametime this season with Sarri preferring mostly to go with N’Golo Kante and one of Mateo Kovacic and Ross Barkley to occupy the two spots ahead of Jorginho in his three-man midfield.
