Heroes are highly exalted be it after a loss or win and in this case, the Phoenix Rising Stars gave former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba a great adieu at the end of the United Soccer League.
Drogba will leave the club after his strong performances at 40 years old that left his side in third position on the standings in Group B of the League.
The Chelsea legend scored three goals in three games to see Phoenix march to the finals but the result against Louisville will leave him hungry for more. Here’s how his new fans said goodbye.
