The knee-jerk team Sarri should play against Fulham, with Eden Hazard and RLC in a front two

We all saw how badly Chelsea did against Spurs last Saturday, and going by some online comment after the game, Maurizio Sarri has some serious changes to consider before our next fixture..

Here is our potential team for Fulham at the weekend, according to some of the most knee-jerk reactions on Twitter:

GOALKEEPER: We all saw Kepa failing to reach that Dele header that flew over him on Saturday, so the only solution is to get Thibaut Courtois back. He may be flawed, but he’s definitely tall – and that’s all you need in a goalkeeper.

DEFENCE: David Luiz is a disaster, Gary Cahill is a disaster. So let’s replace them with the central defensive pair who won us the Champions League: David Lu… oh hang on.

Azpi is out of form so the only option is to play hard-working Italian cross-overhitter Davide Zappacosta on the right of defence. Marcos Alonso is obviously rubbish, so how about we get newly free agent Ashley Cole back?

MIDFIELD: Everyone wants to see N’Golo Kante back in his best position, so let’s drop him deeper, leave Jorginho out and replace him with Loan God Mason Mount. Out wide, we can bring back Bertrand Traore to keep the people who actually think he’s good happy, and on the other wing, Joe Cole might be able to be persuaded out of his recent retirement.

STRIKERS: Eden Hazard and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Playing Eden as a false 9 is the Holy Grail for some Chelsea fans, and we’ve got to squeeze Great White Hope RLC into this team too somehow. They will make up a classic little and large striker combo for our 442.
