Chelsea’s interest in Christian Pulisic is looking more and more serious.
There have been links with the forward for a long time now, but only recently have they been gathering pace.
The important factor in all this is his contract, which according to The Sun, Dortmund are no longer certain that he’ll sign. There’s also the Jadon Sancho factor, as the English wonderkid emerges as a viable replacement for USA star Pulisic.
If that’s the case they want to sell their star man for as much money as possible, before his deal starts to come to and end.
If that’s the case, it’s great news for Chelsea. We’re looking to replace Pedro and Willian with younger players, and the highly talented and marketable Pulisic is the perfect option.
The only issue will be competition from other clubs, of which you can be sure there will be plenty.
