“It will be tough – they are doing good” – Former Chelsea forward predicts tough game for Manchester United ahead of Stamford Bridge visit

Former Chelsea forward Juan Mata, these days rises up to the sunrise at the North of England after he signed with Manchester United three seasons ago. He has not had a very good outcome in his visits to Stamford Bridge since his departure and anticipates similar when his Man United side travel to West London on Saturday.

Another ‘tough’ Premier League encounter is what awaits the Red Devils at SW6 on Saturday after the Blues have made a strong start to the season, winning all but two games while going undefeated in the process.

The same cannot be said of Man United who have struggled through the early part of the season, losing three games and winning only four of their first eight matches.

Playing away to a joint-top team in the Premier League is not what any club looks forward to and Mata clearly understands this. He predicts a tough but ‘special’ game against his former side on Saturday.

“It’s always a special game for me against Chelsea and it will be tough – they are doing good. They have a new manager and they play with more or less the same players but in a certain style.”
