Eden Hazard reveals when he will leave Chelsea after confirming Real Madrid dream move

Chelsea are bracing themselves for a mammoth bid from Real Madrid for Eden Hazard sooner or later, but to finally see the back of their superstar forward, the Belgium international has confirmed it will not happen until next summer.

Initial reports from Spain suggested Real Madrid will not wait until next summer but will move in for their top target in January after the player openly revealed his ‘dream’ to play for Los Blancos. The reports said Real were eager to get their Champions League campaign back on track and were willing to pay for the services of the Belgium captain in the new year, but that will not happen according to the player himself.

Hazard intends to complete the season with Chelsea after his strong start under Maurizio Sarri while revealing his hope to join Real is to win the Ballon d’Or.

“No. That’s why I want to go, maybe. I’m in a pretty good shape at the moment. I hope to continue like this for a long time.”
