“So If I don’t go to Spain…I will be happy” – Eden Hazard addresses rumors of obsession to join Real Madrid

From all indications, Eden Hazard was on his way to Real Madrid and by next summer any unofficial details would have been ironed by both clubs, if all the reports in the last few weeks, sparked by the player’s own comments, were true.

Fast forward only a few days, and the direction of the stories may be changing. Hazard has moved from the player who was keen to spill truth without hesitation to a rather modest man who seeks nothing but to keep his current love happy.

That love, Chelsea fans will by no means love to hear what the Belgium international has got to say next especially after the harrowing comments in recent past that he wants to leave and join Real, in a bid to win the Ballon d’Or.

The Premier League Player of the Month for September says he will not mind playing all of the remaining seasons in his career at Chelsea if his dream move to Real does not work out.

“I can finish with Chelsea. No problem at all. I am very happy with this club, with the team, my family is happy here.

So If I don’t go to Spain, it is not a problem. I love the fans—I think the fans love me! What happens in the future, I will be happy, so that’s it.”
