Sarri could give Callum Hudson-Odoi his first start of the season

Chelsea are set for big changes in tomorrow’ game against Liverpool, as manager Maurizio Sarri looks to keep his first team fresh.

Antonio Rudiger will be one of the biggest losses. The injury he picked up against West Ham didn’t look too bad, but it will likely keep him out of the game tomorrow, especially if Sarri wants any chance of having his best defender back for the weekend’s much more important part two of this clash.

Apart from Rudiger, the other big absence is likely to be William, simply because the winger has started two games in a row already this week. If Pedro’s arm injury is still keeping him out that will mean Hazard starting with Victor Moses – or if Sarri is feeling particularly adventurous, maybe Callum Hudson-Odoi will finally get his first competitive run out of the season.

That would be one sure fire way of exciting fans for an otherwise potentially dull game.
