Chelsea’s prime target to replace Thibaut Courtois is on his way to London, with Marca reporting that the goalkeeper will arrive at Chelsea today.

Courtois is expected to sign for Real Madrid, opening the way for Chelsea to complete the most expensive goalkeeper transfer ever today, paying Kepa’s 71.6 million transfer from Athletic Bilbao.

He is set to have his medicals on Wednesday and the Marca tweet revealed he could even make his Chelsea debut on Saturday in the Blues’ Premier League opener against Huddersfield.
