Chelsea defender Jay DaSilva has signed for Bristol City on loan.
The youngster was outstanding with Charlton last season as they excelled in League 1, and this season he will take a well earned step up to the Championship.
The youngster joins City, where Tammy Abraham did so well two years ago. They sold their first choice left back to Fulham just hours before, leaving a perfect spot for Dasilva to slot in.

Jay Dasilva was a star in the youth teams until he joined Charlton a season and a half ago.
There he showed his exceptional defensive skills in the third tier, more than earning a step up this season.
He’s one of the players who we can definitely see with a future in the first team, and we’ll be keeping a close an eye on him over the next 9 months.
