Chelsea are thought to be preparing an official communique to be released on Wednesday for Napoli pair Maurizio Sarri and Jorginho after the two were reported to be inching closer to a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have been slow in the transfer market this summer and that is due to their managerial confusion. Sarri is highly tipped to replace Antonio Conte at the London club, but the former Juventus manager is not willing to leave the club until he receives his £9m compensation, as revealed by the Telegraph some months ago.
That fee Chelsea have to cough out to Conte, has prevented them from paying the release clause Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has been demanding in recent times.
According to Football Italia, Chelsea have to prepare in the next 24 hours, €65m for their top two targets for now, Jorginho and Sarri if reports that they are on their way to London are true.
Jorginho will cost not less than €55m while Sarri is expected to leave the club for nothing less than €5m, although anything between €5m and €20m is being demanded at Napoli.
