Maurizio Sarri has had his first interview as Chelsea boss, and has spoken about his relationships with other coaches in the division.
Unlike recent years under fiery Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, it looks as though Chelsea will now have a more laid back man in charge.
He spoke in a very complimentary manner about many of the other coaches in the division.
When Maurizio Sarri mentions:
“All the most important coaches are working in the PL. The most important in Europe. In the world maybe. For me it will be very exciting to play against Guardiola, Pochettino, Mourinho, Klopp & the others. Guardiola is a friend.” (ChelseaTV)#cfc pic.twitter.com/tnljjRj092

So it seems like things will start off on a good standing at least. But we all know what the pressures of managing in the Premier League will do to the relationships between coaches. Once Sarri gets settled in, it’s certain he’ll find some new enemies.
