Chelsea’s €40m man now a loan candidate after La Liga team increases interest

We’ve had plenty of rumours going round in circles this summer, so it’s a real treat to have something fresh on the menu.

In this case it’s a loan move for Tiemoue Bakayoko to Sevilla, as reported by Seville newspaper ABC de Sevilla.

Chelsea only bought him last summer for €40m, but after a really dodgy debut campaign, we are apparently considering letting him go out on loan for a season.

The expected arrival of Jorginho will only add fuel to the fire on this one.

So far not too many big sources have confirmed this potential move, but there is logic to it. He’s good enough to establish himself at the Sanchez Pizjuan, and Chelsea would like him to play on a big stage.

On the other hand, they sank a lot of cash into him last summer, and they may be determined to give him another chance at Stamford Bridge.
