Chelsea players set for monster clash in World Cup after epic Thursday

Chelsea’s two largest sets of players still in the World Cup are set for a monster game in the semi finals after yesterday’s results.

Belgium beat Brazil, booting out Willian but keeping Thibaut Courtois, Eden Hazard and Michy Batshuayi in the tournament.

Meanwhile N’Golo Kante and Olivier Giroud dispatched Uruguay with a really impressive performance.

That means the four of them will play in the semis, in what promises to be a festival of football just like yesterday was, with a tasty warmup of France’s potential was followed by an exceptional match in Brazil Belgium, where the penta-champions weren’t able to handle an Eden Hazard led attack.

It’s sets us up for one Chelsea heavy semi, with another possible if Gary Cahill and RLC’s England beat Sweden. You can even add Russia’s Aleksandr Golovin, soon to join the club, to the list.

Whatever happens, we’ll have at least two Blues in the final.
