Fading Chelsea target reveals the one condition on which he would leave current club

Chelsea are about to begin looking for a new manager, which means that they are entering into a complicated dance with every available coach and every club looking for a new man.

One of the men who has been favourite for the job at Stamford Bridge in the past is Max Allegri, but he has today distanced himself from a move away from his current employers Juventus.

Asked about his future yesterday as the Italian celebrated another double with the Old Lady, Allegri said he will be staying, “if they don’t fire me”, as reported today by the BBC.

Allegri had drifted back in the rankings for Chelsea boss, with fellow Italian Maurizio Sarri actually nosing ahead. Allegri was closer to the Arsenal job, but it seems now like he’s made the smart decision to stick around in Turin rather than gamble his reputation on the potential disaster sites at Chelsea or the Gunners.
