German international wanted by potential new Chelsea manager

Chelsea’s form under Antonio Conte has been faltering since Christmas, and there are ever growing rumours that the Italian could be on his way out of the club even before the end of the season if results don’t improve.

The Italian is set to be replaced, either now or at the end of the season, by Luis Enrique, and the Spaniard would like to make Marco Reus an important part of his Chelsea team going forward according to the Daily Express.

Reus has long been rumoured as a target for Premier League teams, but the constant bad injuries he’s suffered through his career have prevented him ever really reaching the levels expected of him.

Enrique was a real workhorse as a player, and it seems strange that he would be demanding a truly unreliable – if talented – addition to his potential new team. However, what is clear is that the Blues need some reinforcements.
