“It’s not going to be any problem” – Eden Hazard’s Real Madrid links dicussed by Chelsea legend

Chelsea legend Frank Lampard believes that the fans shouldn’t be worried about Eden Hazard’s future.

The Belgium international has been surrounded by continous transfer rumours linking him to a move to La Liga, mainly to Real Madrid. His world-class performances on the pitch have only boosted the speculation, as some of the fans have even accepted the potential end to Hazard’s Chelsea career.

It would obviously be the greatest thing ever should Hazard commit himself to the club and sign a new contract extension, but as long as he’s reluctant to do so, the rumours just won’t go away.

But Lampard, who spent 13 years of his career at Stamford Bridge, thinks that as long as he keeps up his current form, he’s not going anywhere.

If you are Eden Hazard or any top player in the world, the talk of Real Madrid and Barcelona will always hang over you whether it’s spoken about out loud in the newspaper or whether it is just a fact they go after the best players in the world.

Eden Hazard is one of those so I don’t think it’s going to be any problem. He’s very aware that probably for the last two or three seasons that these big teams would like to take him from Chelsea.

He doesn’t change anything as long as he performs week in week out. And he certainly has in recent weeks, then nothing changes as far as I’m concerned.
