Barcelona midfielder buys house near Stamford Bridge as Chelsea move draws closer

Barcelona’s Arda Turan has reportedly bought a house near Stamford Bridge which has fueled the rumours of him joining Chelsea this summer, Turkish Football reports.

It’s unsure whether the 30-year-old is only looking to invest in local property for some personal reasons, but the recent rumours of Chelsea targeting the player ahead of this summer’s transfer window are only getting more boost from Turan’s most recent action.

Turan is also a very close friend of Blues striker Diego Costa, and the players hung out together last week as the former Atletico Madrid midfielder spent a day and a half in London meeting his ex-Atleti team-mate.

According to Fotomac the player has already held early talks with Chelsea over a possible summer switch from Barcelona this summer.

At the start of the season he was linked with a move to both Chelsea and Arsenal, but he stayed at Camp Nou and has made 16 outings this season, scoring three goals and providing the same amount of assists.
