Chelsea winger Kenedy could be making an unexpected return to Stamford Bridge quicker than planned, as the Brazilian has failed to make an impression at Watford under the management of Walter Mazzarri, WD Sport claims.
With a knee injury holding him back from action, he has gone low in game-time, only succeeding to make one outing for the Hornets this season. Much was expected from the 20-year-old when he first signed the season-long loan deal with the club, but due to the recent issues with his fitness, Kenedy has failed to live up expectations.
Should he end his loan spell sooner, it’s believed that the left-sided attacker will be facing a new loan deal somewhere else in the Premier League or Championship level for the remainder of the campaign. Chelsea are not only on a good run, but also looking adamant with their current starting eleven, which is tough to brake into for a player of Kenedy’s caliber.
