Tickets prices frozen for another year

Chelsea Football Club announced yesterday that season ticket prices, in all non hospitality areas, will remain frozen at 2011/12 levels.

Individual matches ticket prices for home games are subject to the same policy. One particularly important change though, is that the Junior category for concessionary tickets has been increased from under 18 to under 20.

We recognise the importance of our younger fan base to the present day and the future of Chelsea.

The existing structures for discounting rates for tickets for domestic cup games and European group stages remains in place as well. Concessionary season tickets for the new extended youth category and for the over 65’s are available in all areas of the stadium.

For members, buying individual tickets, concessionary rates will apply in the East Stand for Premier League and European knock out matches, and in all areas of the ground for other ties.

The club are also continuing with the highly successful policy of providing subsidised tickets and travel to some away games. Bruce Buck emphasised that discussing pricing policies and structures with supporters via fan groups is important to the club.

He said, on the official website, “We constantly review our ticket prices, and discuss our pricing structure with our fans.”
