Real Madrid reject Chelsea’s offer for Isco

According to the Mirror, Real Madrid have rejected a bid of £20m from Premier League champions Chelsea, for Spanish midfielder Isco.

Whilst confirming they have no intentions to sell their midfielder, Madrid also confirmed they’ve snubbed an offer from Juventus, as well as the Blues.

Although a deal is unlikely to be agreed, and Jose Mourinho’s side are miles off agreeing a price with Los Blancos, the Portuguese manager has offered Brazilian playmaker Oscar as part of the deal.

It’s looking increasingly likely that Oscar would leave, and Isco would be a perfect replacement, and the Chelsea supporters would surely agree.

23-year-old Isco made the switch to the Bernabeu from Malaga two years ago, in a deal worth a valued £23m.

I think on the whole, Chelsea fans would love to replace Oscar with Isco. The young Spaniard has so much to offer, and would be a breath of fresh air around the club. However, a deal at this stage looks highly unlikely.
