According to The Metro, Premier League champions Chelsea have offered Serie A champions Juventus £35.5m and Brazilian talent Oscar, for highly rated France international, Paul Pogba.
The Blues are rumoured to be pushing hard for this deal to take place, with the west London club in talks with the player’s agent.
Spanish newspaper SPORT reported that Chelsea have made a concrete offer for the ex-Manchester United midfielder, in a deal worth a valued £56.8m.
To break it down, Jose Mourinho and co are offering £35.5m cash, and Oscar, who is valued at £21.3m.
Barcelona have submitted a challenging bid for the youngster, with Chelsea wanting the deal to be wrapped up to Stamford Bridge as soon as possible.
Manchester City offered a staggering £71.11m bid for Pogba, hence why they are still favourites to secure his signature.
