Chelsea winger finding it hard to adapt

Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has revealed that with patience he will settle well at the west London side.

Cuadrado has found it difficult getting accustomed to the Barclays Premier League since his move to England during the January transfer window.

The Colombian signed a four and a half year deal for Chelsea from Serie A side Fiorentina recently, for a fee around £27 million. A deal that saw Egypt winger Mohamed Salah going the other way on loan.

Cuardrado also said that he is happy with his new team and environment.

“I am happy. I am adapting to the city, the game and the new teammates,” the 26 yea rold told Win Sport in an interview.

After a change a player needs to be patient. I have just started. I need to work hard and when the chance arrives be ready for it with the help of God.

“The Premier League is a little bit different [to Serie A]. The transition from defence to attack is very fast.”

But the Colombian player is ready for it. We must be patient and with time you will see the results.
