Chelsea have won it, late on against Leicester City.
The Blues did all they could to stuff this game up, but in the end the removal of Raheem Sterling proved to be the tonic they needed. His replacement, Carney Chukwuemeka, has just stepped up to score a 92nd minute goal which should seal this game which should have been over at half time.
We didn’t deserve it, but we’ve done it. This is one of those wins that creates more questions than answers, but hey, we’re going to Wembley!
