Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante is drawing praise from everywhere following his displays in recent years for the clubs he has played for, but now in Russia, international football is waking up to Kante’s ultra energy in midfield.
Manchester United’s Paul Pogba is amazed by Kante’s energy and impact in France’s midfield after two games at the 2018 World Cup.
The France international was very instrumental in Les Bleus’ two wins so far at the tournament. He made four successful interceptions, another four tackles and an 88% pass accuracy. None of these are mean in-game achievements in a World Cup match but Kante went about his work silently.

The 27-year old midfielder has become one of the best players under Didier Deschamps and his midfield partner Pogba, is full of praise for the man he describes as having ’15 lungs’.

Chelsea will have to brace themselves for a bid from European giants though, after performances like this at the World Cup. There are already reports that PSG are interested in him and could make a bid this summer.
