Chelsea reveal asking price for Brazil in-from winger amid interest from Premier League rivals

Chelsea have told Newcastle United to prepare an amount of £20 million if they are keen to sign Kenedy on a permanent deal this summer according to Chronicle Live.

The Brazilian spent the last half of last season with Newcastle and after his displays in the black and white shirt, Rafa Benitez is reportedly interested in making him a permanent player of the club.

The situation at Chelsea is that the club is uncertain who will take charge at the club next season, with the future of Antonio Conte already up in the air, and as per the Telegraph, several other coaches have been linked but none close to sealing a deal.

Kenedy would love to move elsewhere as his career at Stamford Bridge looks stunted and having played 13 times at the St James’ Park last season, scoring two goals and grabbing two assists, Kenedy may be willing to return for more first team football.

The £20million might put off Newcastle though, as they are short on funds and rather interested in signing a top striker this summer.
