“We will go somewhere where I can get a tan” – Eden Hazard reveals pre-World Cup plans as he hopes to freshen up for tournament

Eden Hazard is hoping to have a stellar summer that would end in lifting the World Cup with his country Belgium in Russia, but he has revealed his plans to make a trip to South America before the tournament begins in June.

The advanced playmaker in the Belgium setup was in top form when Chelsea took on Manchester United in the FA Cup final last Saturday, scoring the final goal of the season that won the Blues the trophy.

Having been selected in the final squad by Belgium for the summer tournament, Hazard will hope to continue his good form with his country. But to get refreshed for the all-important trip to Eastern Europe with his international teammates, Hazard has some summer plans.

He revealed plans he had with his family before getting on the plane to Russia, insisting the weather in Copacabana is different from that in London.

“We will go somewhere where I can get a tan, but we do not know where. We’ll see. Thereafter we prepare for the World Cup. You can sunbathe in London but it is not the same sun as Copacabana.”
