Chelsea youngster Isaac Christie-Davies is on the way to Liverpool as reported by the Metro says here.
The 20 year old has been a success in the youth system over many years, but the club have decided against offering him a new deal.
Liverpool have decided they like the look of him however, and he will sign there on a free when his Chelsea deal expires, imminently.
Chelsea fans have never been excited about Christie-Davies as they have been about other youngsters to come through the youth system, but he’s still regarded as a good prospect. What’s odd is why he never went out on loan with some of his peers. Even a League One loan with the likes of Jay Dasilva would have been the perfect platform for Isaac to improve and adjust to the senior game.
But for whatever he was playing in the Development Squad, and now will have to show the world that he can perform at the top level at a new club.
