In the last 24 hours an image has surfaced showing Leon Bailey with Chelsea scout Tony White.
What we know is that that appears to be Bailey, and that appears to be White.
What we don’t know is if they just ran into each other, or how much we can read into such an image.
It would certainly be an unusual move for a scout to seek out a photo with a target, and Leverkusen are unlikely to be happy about such a thing happening.
