Pep Guardiola draws up plan to increase spending to £600m and Eden Hazard is at the top of wanted players

Chelsea should brace themselves to save the career of Eden Hazard at Chelsea with the Belgium international attracting interest from Manchester City, who want to join Real Madrid in the hunt for him next summer.

Hazard has become one of the most coveted players in the world after switching up his performances after he arrived at Chelsea in 2012. He has won several awards in England and at Chelsea but it’s the biggest trophies he wants to win including the Champions League and with Real Madrid proving a superpower in the competition, he feels moving there will get him his prize.

But Man City would like to convince Hazard that his future is brightest at the Etihad Stadium with Pep Guardiola hoping to add him to his already stunning attacking talents.

According to the Telegraph, City want to add a few more players to their expensively assembled squad and Hazard is considered a better choice than Riyad Mahrez, who they tried to sign last January.

But City know Chelsea will not be listening to offers within the country for their star player and would prefer to sell to Real Madrid who they don’t consider a direct rival.
