The full back has been very convincing in the Italian top flight this season, playing as many as 41 times for Mauricio Sarri’s side. He has been deployed mainly on the left of the defense and has been crucial to their attack as has been in defense.

The Albania international is one of the most important players in Sarri’s squad this season as they hunt for the Scudetto, a title Juventus has won for the past six seasons.

Football Italia says Chelsea have sent representatives to meet with Hysaj’s agent several times this season, to discuss the move to Stamford Bridge in the summer, and a €50m price tag has been quoted by the Naples club.

The report also says Chelsea will have competition for his services though, with Manchester United chasing a Matteo Darmian replacement while Liverpool are also looking for good cover for Nathaniel Clyne, with the Englishman out for long parts of this season.
