Chelsea manager Antonio Conte had a weird moment during pre-Burnley press conference when he was interrupted by phone call from his wife Elisabetta Muscarello.
The Italian had a laugh about the situation, saying he expected a ‘fine’ especially while discussing a serious issue like Marcos Alonso’s three-game ban.
One of the journalists joked around the call claiming the wife of Conte was maybe calling to remind him not to forget to get milk on his way back home.
“It was my wife. Always in the worst moment. I’m sorry. You can give me a fine! I’m sorry because I’d be annoyed if it happened to one of you”

Although it was a serious press event it was funny as well, as most people joked around it but the call and timing of it didn’t seem appropriate especially when Conte is supposed to be focusing on work and how to get Chelsea back to winning ways again.
Conte couldn’t help himself but to have a laugh after the call came through. The Italian manager also praised league leaders Manchester City on their ability to stay as winning team.
