PSG consider ‘super offer’ for Marcos Alonso but two top Premier League clubs also make bids

Chelsea should brace themselves for a series of bids for one of their biggest stars in a team that has failed to live up to expectations this season.

With Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois both making waves in the transfer market ahead of next summer, Marcos Alonso might also make the grade for the “most coveted” in the Blues camp.

According to Metro in Spain, Alonso has a ‘super offer’ from Paris Saint Germain, although two other Premier League clubs also fighting for the title this season have apparently made an offer.

His form has been impressive since he arrived at Chelsea in the summer of 2016 from Fiorentina, and has been stellar in his performances. Especially going forward, Alonso has been one of the best Chelsea players, both at scoring and creating chances.

He has also contributed solidly in the defensive part on the pitch as well winning a fair share of tackles and aerial duels.

He has attracted top clubs with his displays and has also earned a first Spain call-up ahead, crucially, of the World Cup next summer.
