Antonio Conte tells Eden Hazard what to do to become a true great in football

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has been advised by his manager Antonio Conte on how to become one of the greatest players in the history of the game.

Hazard is well known for his trickery and ability to get past a man or two on the pitch, but that will not suffice when pundits mention who are the greatest in the history of the game, if he does not retire one day with major trophies in his cabinet.

The Blues are about to face Barcelona in the Champions League round of 16, and many expect them to crash out of the competition after they surrendered a 1-0 lead in the first leg. Lionel Messi scored his first ever goal against Chelsea to equalize in that game, making Conte’s job at the Camp Nou even more difficult.

One man capable of making things easier on the pitch for Chelsea against the La Liga leaders is Hazard and Conte says like Iniesta, winning trophies like the Champions League should be the focus and motivation for the 27-year old as he bids to go down as one of the best ever in the game.

“We are talking about two different players with different careers. Iniesta won a lot in his career. Hazard has to start to win important trophies in his career.

I have great admiration for Andres Iniesta. For him and for the players who created the history of Barcelona. Iniesta is a genius of football. I like to compare him with Andrea Pirlo. We are talking about a genius, a genius with a football.”
