Chelsea forward Willian has won the Premier League goal of the month for the month of January, the Premier League has announced on their official website.
The goal was selected among quite a number of impressive goals in the first month of the year. It was a moment of pure magic from the Brazilian, but he was not the only player involved in the build up.
As a matter of fact, if possible, two more awards need to be prepared for Eden Hazard and Michy Batshuayi. The two Belgium internationals were at very high standards in the build up, helping to make it worth the award.
Willian started the move from the right side of the pitch, before moving through the middle to find Hazard, with a square pass. But the deft touched between Hazard and Batshuayi made the play even more delightful.
Two back heels split the Brighton and Hove Albion defenders to find Willian to tuck home.
This will be a fine memory for Chelsea fans who, other wise suffered a frustrating number of defeats in the month.
