Chelsea will take on West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Monday night and will hope their chase for top four place this season, does not take another stumble.

Antonio Conte has been under immense pressure lately following the back to back defeats to Bournemouth and Watford, and with Chelsea hanging at the bottom of top four places in the standings, facing the side at the bottom of the table should present a good opportunity to take maximum points for the first time in three games.

Chelsea have not looked their best since the start of the year, losing a two-legged tie with Arsenal in the semi final of the Carabao Cup and also a number of games in the top flight. Total defeats in the Premier League now stands at six.

The West Brom game comes at the right time for Conte, who would take every opportunity to snatch wins as and when games come around, so to evacuate the air of dread hanging around Stamford Bridge.

Despite reports saying his job is safe, a defeat to the Baggies could seal his fate, and his players will know this may just be the last chance for the Italian manager to buy more time in the books of owner Roman Abramovich
