“It’s everyone’s dream to play for these clubs” – Chelsea’s in-form forward wants Real Madrid or Barcelona move

Chelsea should brace themselves for a bid for one of their star players, if the words of players really can attract official interest.

Willian has sent a come and get me plea to Real Madrid and Barcelona, following comments that he ‘dreams’ of playing for one of those top clubs.

The Brazilian said this in a Q&A with YouTube channel Resenha Delas and quoted by the Daily Mail.

“I think they are the two biggest clubs in the world, Real Madrid and Barcelona. They are the clubs with the most visibility.

It’s everyone’s dream to play for these clubs. Of course there are other great ones, like the one I play for, Chelsea, and PSG, other greats. But these two are different. These are two that everyone has the dream to play for.”

Willian was initially linked to Barcelona before the Catalunya club decided on Philippe Coutinho. Also, Jose Mourinho and Manchester United have registered their interest in him, but it seems his heart is set on playing in Spain.

Despite reports that Willian could have left Stamford Bridge in the winter transfer window, having featured sporadically for Antonio Conte, he has proved himself to the Italian manager in recent games and has been instrumental in the Blues success in the past months.

His latest game saw a brace in the FA Cup fifth round game with Hull City on Friday.
