Alexis Sanchez has a miserable record against Chelsea and Blues fans will hope he continues that form

Chelsea face Manchester United at Old Trafford in a reverse fixture of the season, after the first game ended 1-0 in favor of the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

But facing Chelsea at Manchester will not be the same Man United. A new and different kind of monster has been added to their rather tall list of impressive attackers – on paper. Having nullified their attack to just score just two goal in four games, while the Blues have grabbed six in the same number of games, since Antonio Conte arrived in the summer of 2016, means Chelsea can boast a pretty good discipline at the back against Jose Mourinho’s side.

But enter Alexis Sanchez, and Chelsea would be facing a formidable attack at Old Trafford, they haven’t faced in a while.

The Chile international adds more quality to any side but his record against the Blues will reduce the anxiety. Sanchez has scored only twice against Chelsea and grabbed only one assist in twelve games.

He has picked up only 2 wins in 12 games against the Blues and he will hope to make this win number three.

There’s a catch though, each time he has scored against Chelsea, he team has won; so it’s safe to say Antonio Conte will drill into his players to stop him from getting on the score sheet.
