“Morata is a great striker but it’s Hazard who makes the difference at Chelsea” – Attacker hailed by Premier League colleague

West Ham goalkeeper Adrian had a great weekend, keeping his place in the team ahead of Joe Hart and playing an important role as the Hammers defeated Chelsea.

Speaking on El Transistor, the flagship football program in Spain, the stopper discussed the win at the weekend and Chelsea’s upcoming tie against Barcelona.

He also had a chance to discuss which of the Blues he had faced he thought was most dangerous, and he was in no doubt about his choice.

While he called fellow countryman Alvaro Morata “a very great forward”, he settled on Eden Hazard as the most decisive man in Blue.

He said that the “best Hazard” was back, presumably referring to the Belgian’s recent sparking form following the broken ankle that ruled him out for the summer.

The stopper was less confident about Chelsea’s chances against Barcelona, and clearly we will need the very best Hazard available if we are to get past the Catalans in the Champions League.
