Chelsea have been simply unplayble today, as Eden Hazard racks up the score-line to 4-0 at the Hawthornes with yet another piece of magic.
The Belgium international made a brilliant run forward, which didn’t go unnoticed by Cesc Fabregas. The former Barcelona baller lobbed the ball beautifully for his team-mate, and Hazard made no mistake from in front of the net after twisting and turning inside the West Bromwich box.
