Pat Nevin names four Chelsea players who have stimulated Chelsea’s improved form

Chelsea have endured a torrid start to the season registering inconsistent results throughout all competitions, however with a few tactical changes and a fully fit squad to select from, Antonio Conte may be on his way to picking up more wins.

Pat Nevin identifies with these changes and further names the fitness of four Chelsea players who have certainly helped us in reclaiming the favorite tag in games going forward.

The former Chelsea winger, in his weekly column for the Chelsea official magazine, called out Cesc Fabgreas, N’Golo Kante and the terrific duo currently causing commotion to opposition, Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata.

It is a partnership that will continue to improve but then by crowbarring Cesc into the side, he is also perfectly capable of building just as good an understanding with both of the strikers in terms of creation.

It is quite a turnaround in a short time and of course we know there are a variety of reasons. Eden, Cesc, Alvaro and N’Golo Kante all fully fit and available together would improve any team on the planet.

Antonio Conte’s new 3-5-2 system seems to get out of Fabregas, Hazard and Morata as the latter two now play as Chelsea’s strikers while Fabregas roams behind them, creating chances up front.

The new system also means Kante has the freedom to move around in midfield alongside Tiemoue Bakayoko. Also, the return of Kante from the physio room has culminated in Chelsea’s new found form.
