(Image): Alvaro Morata reveals touching story behind his goal celebration

Chelsea’s Alvaro Morata has revealed the meaning behind his goal celebration, and it’s a very touching one.

The Spanish international opened the scoring in Chelsea’s huge 4-0 win over West Bromwich Albion yesterday, as he tapped in the rebound from Eden Hazard’s saved shot.

Celebrating his eighth goal of the Premier League season, Morata made the letter ‘A’ with his fingers, as he usually does.

After the match he explained the meaning of the celebration on his Instagram account, revealing that the letter ‘A’ comes from her wife’s surname, Alice.

“Always A I love you so much @alicecampello”, Morata wrote on his Instagram post.

Alvaro and Alice, A&A, got married last summer before the 25-year-old completed his move to Chelsea from Real Madrid. They seem to be very, very happy together!
