Chelsea new signing Danny Drinkwater may not feature for his new club in Tuesday’s Champions League match against Qarabag after sustaining a calf injury.
Antonio Conte confirmed this in his first Champions League pre match press conference as Chelsea coach.

The midfielder arrived from Leicester City after the Blues and Leicester City agreed a fee of £35m for his services.
His first visit to the King Power stadium came only nine days after his move from the Foxes with Chelsea seeing off the Foxes last weekend with a 2-1 win.
Drinkwater was not involved in Chelsea’s win over his former side but his old friend in Leicester’s midfield N’Golo Kante scored what proved to be the match winner on Saturday.
Many viewed the visit by the Champions League minnows as a perfect opportunity for the England international to feature for the first time in Chelsea colors but that looks bleak now.
His injury is a setback for Conte and the player himself as he would have sought a smoother start to life at Chelsea.
